    Absent landlord and cockroaches
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Low noise, good trash collection, elevator and common areas are clean
    Cons:
    Totally absent landlord, she never picks up the phone and there’s cockroaches absolutely everywhere—we even found one in the bed once
    Advice to owner:
    Deal with the cockroaches and answer the phone
