Landlord: Responsive and very helpful landlord who lives in the building. Sunlight: rear units get great sunlight.
Structure: Very squeaky floor, thin floor/ceiling, you can hear your neighbors. Handling of noisy tenant: multiple noise complaints against another tenant weren’t resolved, and we decided to move out.
