    Avoid at All Costs!

    Pros:
    Convenient location, big apartments, lots of closets
    Cons:
    Constant heat and hot water issues! Apartments not maintained or updated, water damage in ceiling and windows, huge issue with pests, unresponsive management company
    Advice to owner:
    Fix your building before it literally crumbles!
