It’s an okay place

Pros

The bones are good. Water, heat, are all okay. Good location close to the train

Cons

Far from the park. Owner lives in and screams constantly.

Mediocre building with a VERY LOUD live in landlord.

Pros

Close to the train. Nice neighborhood. Great food in the area. Cute apartment.

Cons

The landlady lives on the 2nd floor and literally SCREAMS throughout the day. It’s unusual. She will question you if you’re standing outside…like taking a call. She’s nosey.

Advice to the owners

Please just be a little quieter. Don’t look out the windows to see what tenants are doing. Don’t ask such personal questions. Don’t shout.
