Super is responsive. Many of the tenants have been in their residence for decades and care for the building. The communal areas are kept clean and in good order.
Cons:
When I had a walkthrough with the broker, I was told the trash chute was under maintenance but it is closed permanently. It is arduous to put out the trash in the basement, along with separating the recycling. The scaffolding is also hideous and there are no signs it’s coming down any time soon.
Advice to owner:
Fix the trash chute.
