    Love This Place!
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Landlord is very responsive when I need to contact him. My unit is spacious and light pretty much all day. Two bedroom + living room with a heat/AC unit in each. Building was recently renovated and clean - I’ve only had to call about pests once in two years. Only four units and neighbors are generally polite and quiet. Apartment is a block away from the subway but not too loud, and surrounded by tons of great local food and coffee shops, and other small businesses. Such a great community in the area.
    Cons:
    The heat is electric so depending on your temperature tolerance you’re either a bit chilly in winter or your electric bill is high (the silver lining to this is it’s also an AC unit, so in summer you basically have central air!). Local bars can occasionally be loud at night but not always.
    Advice to owner:
    Building is generally clean but could use a cleaner for the stairways
