Jillian subleases two rooms on the third floor. She is a nightmare to live with. She has said "if you don't like it, leave" to multiple of her sub-leasers. She actively avoids reaching out to management about maintenance and pest issues. She is also illegally listing one of the rooms on Airbnb. She hides details about the bills. It's very clear that she's having others subsidizes her living expenses. She will hold your deposit for as long as humanly possible and I'm surprised she hasn't been taken to small claims court over it yet.
