    Really good deal
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Affordable units, live in super, responsive owner. Laundry across the street
    Cons:
    Could use some updates, apt is usually hot in summer and winter. No bike parking.
    Advice to owner:
    Use space under stairs for tenant bike parking
