Bed bug infestation

Pros:
-Quiet and convenient location, big rooms, bright with big windows, great kitchen
Cons:
-There are bed bugs on the 4th floor, due to negligence in dealing with an infestation on 2nd floor (contacted 311 before lease ended, not sure if the issue was taken care of), heating issues
