Owner responsiveness is little to none
Former Tenant
Pros:
Owners have spent time redoing most units
Cons:
Owner responsiveness is little to none. The buzzer to let people into the building has been broken for a few months and still no date to fix it. There is no laundry in the building even though I was told there was a plan to build that out.
Advice to owner:
Fix the buzzer please

Nice, but some major issues…
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is in a great location and many of the apartments have central heat and AC. Kitchen has new appliances and overall the apartment has great space.
Cons:
Building management is completely unresponsive to issues in the building, including problems with pests and safety. It’s left us with a lot of anxiety and forced us to deal with a lot of issues on our own.
Advice to owner:
Please get new building management.
