Astoria Pre-War Walkup

Pros

I love the old charm, high ceilings, and big windows. It’s surprisingly quiet for the location right next to the 30th Ave subway stations. It’s also located next to a school and Athens square park- which is beautiful!

Cons

The hallway and stairs seem dirty, but the building is old so that could be why. The garbage area is totally mismanaged and disgusting- plus you have to walk down like 4 really REALLY steep stairs to access it which in the winter are treacherous.
