The apartment itself was nice and a great size. The terrace was my favorite place to be.
Cons:
The landlord is unresponsive a lot of the time and is annoyed the rest of the time. I had to keep asking to get something repaired for a full year before they fixed it. The building manager is lazy and a liar — this was confirmed by a super who said I should always go over her head. The building/elevator often smells and is kept in disgusting condition
Advice to owner:
Don’t be so offended by the notion you should do your job.

Laundry is a Lie

Pros:
All apartments have a great sized kitchen, parking available off the street, quiet part of the neighborhood
Cons:
Listed with in building laundry but there's only 1 machine, it still uses quarters, and is always dirty
Advice to owner:
Improve the damn laundry situation
