Great location at convenient neighborhood at the hottest part of astoria, sunlight, decent size, rent-stabilized.
except roof in the building has a huge leak (i seen the sky through my ceiling during the collapse). Unfortunately the building management is horribly neglecting and irresponsible of repair even with multiple open HPD violations.
