Obnoxious and entitled property manager

- Good neighborhood - the apartment itself is huge and is functional
Cons
- The property manager vinod is extremely arrogant and difficult to deal with. if you have any issue in the apartment his first instinct is to blame you somehow and argue "nobody in 10 years has ever had an issue with this..." - Once tried to throwout my laundry that was delivered to the apartment and was sitting in the lobby while i was at work - When it came time to leave the apartment him and his wife did everything they could to deduct from our security deposit when we only lived there for a year. Tried to deduct 500$ because some of the buttons on thr microwave werent working and because the stove back burner wouldnt work (didnt work the entire time we lived there). he also tried to deduct for normal wear and tear including small screw holes in the wall - apartments are loud. my bedroom is street facing and its very hard to get sleep without ear plugs or a white noise machine. there is a school across the street and they are doing construction which makes the noise even worse
Advice to the owners
Stop being greedy people and figure out what it means to actually be a landlord
