Very good location with close proximity to a grocery store, laundromat, pharmacy and lots of food options. Good walking distance to parks and subway stops.
Cons:
Neighbors are loud and can keep you up late into the night. Walls are thin, which doesn’t help with the noisy neighbors, and you can hear activity both from upstairs, next door and downstairs. Have also gotten packages stolen multiple times.
