Beautiful Building, Bad Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Old beautiful architecture, nice tiles, newly renovated units
Cons:
Units small for price, management often not helpful or responsive in a timely manner, hard to work with, old aspects of building in disrepair

Money Hungry for Crap Place
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing besides they always have proper heat in the winter.
Cons:
Roaches, filthy hallways and staircase, looked like a crack house, cheap shitty repairs that don’t last and don’t look good, rent increases that were outlandish,
Advice to owner:
Get it together and stop being greedy.

Great location… asking more than it’s worth.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Easy walk to the N train, also not too far from the Steinway stop. Good amount of space and a large kitchen. Bedroom can fit a queen bed (but not much else with it) Neighbors tend to be quiet, but a lot of vacant units. Great spot in the neighborhood, too—laundry and groceries within a two block radius.
Cons:
The building isn’t especially well maintained. Had a roach problem when I first moved in, but seems to have gotten better in more recent months The landlords are non-responsive. Not much response to maintenance requests. They’ll find ways to push you out if they want to.
