Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant feedback for 31-50 33 St, Queens highlights spacious, well-lit apartments with strong water pressure and generally quiet surroundings. Residents value friendly neighbors and a good location but consistently report major drawbacks like poor maintenance, unresponsive management, frequent package theft, and unresolved heating issues. Many renters experienced pest problems, plumbing leaks, and outdated electrical wiring, while dealing with rude or unavailable superintendents. Reviews also mention mold concerns and inadequate communication, leading to frustration. Overall, while the living spaces have promise, management’s lack of accountability and neglected repairs significantly dampen the rental experience here.
