Wonderful landlord who is also the builder of the property.

Pros:
I lived in the building for 11 years.
In my experience, this is a perfect building.
Excellent location, new construction and very responsive landlord. The landlord is a couple who build the property themselves and are managing it with great pride and attentiveness. Most tenants rarely ever change.
Years after I moved out of the building I remained friends with the landlord wishing happy holidays on occasion. It's a rarity in NYC.
In my experience, this is a perfect building.

No elevator.
No pets.
Tenant pay for gas based heating system,
I was very hard to guess the average monthly electric and gas bills, it's a very convoluted bill, so take my guestimates as such.
