Lived here for over a decade and it was a wonderful experience. Landlord is amazing and responsive. Minimal to no pest issues which was the most important thing to me. Two blocks from the train. Surrounded by the best of Astoria. Could not have asked for a better experience.
Noisy in the front rooms of the building since you are right above Broadway.
