Unprofessional management and ownership

Pros

The superintendent is very friendly and cooperative as much as he can. Most neighbors get along well.

Cons

The management doesn’t seem to care about responding to tenants complaints. The building lacks professional maintenance. The interior walls and common areas have never been properly cleaned. The walls have never been painted. The building is not up to code when it comes to plumbing and electrical wiring. The mailbox has never been safely maintained.
