Location, decent sized apartment, good closet space

Cons

Super fixes things dragging his feet. Literally used duct tape to fix certain things. The building is very noisy. I can hear my upstairs neighbor’s conversations and my neighbors across the hall arguing even with the door closed.

Pros

The rental process was fairly easy, most of the neighbours are friendly and respectful, garbage gets taken care of regularly

Cons

building barely has any heat, never gets cleaned and has a terrible pest problem. nothing ever gets fixed properly, just ducttaped over. rent is ridiculous for such a run down, neglected place.
