Decent building. Cheap landlords
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location. Rent stabilized.
Cons:
Cheap landlord that would rather attempt to fix things on their own instead of hiring a professional. Bad communication skills as well. Need more recycling cans. Replaced mailbox recently and it’s quite laughable
Advice to owner:
Hire professionals. Take better care of your building.

The landlord doesn’t care
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s a good building, old but nice, but no one cleanse it, no maintenance is ever done and good luck on getting an answer by the landlord.
Cons:
Is dirty, the front door looks broke and it hasn’t been repaired, now homeless guys use the space between doors to smoke and drink alcohol.
Advice to owner:
To actually care more about the tenants and less about the money.
