    Dismissive landlord. Flimsy Apartment. Broker harasses and lies. 311 speedial

    It was close to things
    Cons:
    Heat and pest issues. Flimsily built. Studio was listed was 1 bedroom.
    Thin walls. Calvin Yan, the broker was a lying, harassing man who had to be dealt with a lawyer.
