    Great location for the price

    Pros:
    5 mins from the subway. Right off 30th Ave with tons of bars, restaurants and shops. It’s also a prewar building so the rooms are actually a decent size.
    Cons:
    Closet space is limited. Laundry room only has 2 washers and 2 dryers, which is usually fine, but it would be nice if they were more updated.
