Sad to be leaving </3
Pros
Antonio is a responsive landlord and does care about his properties. I've lived in both apartment 2 and 3 and they're both fantastic spaces. SO much sunlight in #2's living room.
Cons
It's an NYC apartment built in 1925 and lives above one restaurant and one bar. There are some roaches, though things got MUCH better when Kal renovated during lockdown.
Advice to the owners
The motion-sensor based light in the entryway isn't the best and should be replaced.
