Rent stabilized new-ish building
Pros
- Rent stabilized - Each floor only has 2 units, and they sit opposite from each other. - Each floor has a small common storage room in the hallway - Elevator - 2 washers & 2 dryers in the basement - Every unit except for the ground floor unit has a balcony - Landlord is responsive - Central air - Thermostat
Cons
- No pets allowed - Water pressure is not good - Only cold water is included in your rent The building is about 10yrs old and already showing signs of deterioration like small cracks in the bathroom ceiling. It'll probably become another mediocre building after another 10yrs.
