Avoid due to landlady
Pros
It's a great price for the neighborhood and backyard access is a nice perk. Spacious for the neighborhood as well. Packages have never been stolen. If you are Greek, you get special treatment.
Cons
The landlady is, to put it bluntly, absolutely nuts. She is paranoid and quick to anger. She doesn't fix things or when you ask her to, screams at you as the tenant and blames you for anything that goes wrong. She has cameras all over the property that she monitors 24/7 and makes racist comments about delivery and other service people. She treats her tenants like family members or partners she can abuse. She demands tenants help her with things around the property because she is elderly but refuses to hire help. She is also sexist. She refuses to print up new leases so you have to photocopy the old one and reuse with new numbers every year. She is quick to start arguments over minor issues, especially if she is at fault. Honestly, I would avoid this building at all costs as long as Panagiota Delakas is still in charge.
Advice to the owners
Sell the building or get someone else to maintain it
