A good place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
I’ve lived in NYC for nearly twelve years. I’ve lived in five buildings in that time, and this building is by far the best one I’ve lived in. I had to move because I wanted a dog and a dishwasher. Otherwise, I probably would still be in my apartment in this building.
Cons:
No pets allowed
No dishwasher
No laundry facilities (laundromat across the street)
Not near a park
Close enough to the subway that I didn’t feel isolated but not close enough to wear cute shoes or get somewhere in a rush
Advice to owner:
Clean, well maintained building
Spacious units
Kitchen counter space!
Water gets hot
Responsive super
Reasonable rent
No mouse problem (rare for a walkup)
Near a supermarket
Near a CitiBike station
