    Horrible landlord and never got my security deposit back

    Pros:
    Close to Broadway but still quiet
    Cons:
    The landlord is incredibly unprofessional. I never received my security deposit back. Didn’t have heat for weeks at a time during winter. Landlord sends racist and inappropriate emails when he does communicate.

    Space and location
    Cons:
    Unable to reach landlord/super Demetrios for weeks sometimes, horrific responses and interactions including not responding to legal notice. Many neighbors had mice and his solution was to put paper traps.

    Do better please

    Pros:
    The layout is nice
    Cons:
    Everything about the landlord! He enters illegally! When you move out he steals your rent and cuts off contact. You have to sue to get your security back. I know at least 2 other people who have had to do it.
    Advice to owner:
    Give up, stoo being a creep
