Nice but needs work
Former Tenant
Pros:
The newly renovated apartments look nice. Older ones are from the 70’s and falling apart. Every time the heat kicks on the building smells like weed.
Cons:
Some of the new apartments are made with decent materials, some things were done cheaply. The lobby area looks really bad. Needs new mailboxes. New sets were installed, then hallway was painted, ruined the new stairs. The floors need replacing in the halls. Windows in the stairway have no screens so bugs get in and die on the stairs.
Advice to owner:
Update the mailboxes because they are falling apart. Fix the cameras because some are broken and packages get stolen. Add a lock to the first door as well so random people don’t come in. Fix up the floors because they are so nasty looking.
