Nice apartments and the building should be great with better management.

Stay away from this mess!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Has elevator that works
Cons:
Many problems with laundry, appliances, cooling and heating, changes in management, poor communication. Took forever to get my security deposit back
Advice to owner:
Stop being so cheap

Good access to laundry (when it works)
Former Tenant
Pros:
Gaudy building from the outside but quite plain inside. Laundry on each floor, though one of the washing machines has been broken for months now. Management tends to get back to you quickly...
Cons:
...however then issues do not usually get resolved very quickly. Sound proofing between floors is not very good, I can hear lots going on above me.

Cons:

Beware of issues with this building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartments are nice
Cons:
Landlord is not good. Still waiting on security deposit after moving out long ago. We will never see it. I can’t even begin to list the issues we went through to get repairs and deal with the litigation the landlord has gone through that would end up affecting the tenants.
