I enjoy living here

Pros:
Neighbors are quiet and friendly
Warm in winter
Helpful management
Monthly pest control visits
Rent-stabilized

Fire-alarm is working good
Pet-friendly
Cons:
A couple of cockroaches did visited me while living here, but I think that's okay for a pre-war building. Just one guy in several months is okay.
It would be cool to have an intercom, and not a simple buzzer, so that you can control who enters the building.
Sometimes you have to wait for hot water, especially when the heat is on.
The water pressure is pretty weak.
Advice to owner:
Please, consider updating intercom
