I Loved Living Here

Pros

Very sweet and responsive live-in super, management in-building, everything was addressed quickly whenever there was an issue, the building was warmed enough that we ended up never turning on our heat, garbage disposal was taken care of, I never encountered any pests at all, the building was well maintained, and the windows were double-paned so we heard next to no street noise.

Cons

The walls between apartments were thin so I often heard my neighbor, but overall neighbors were not disruptive. The appliances were very old, but this also accounted for lower rent.
