    Small room with many problems

    Pros:
    Good location. Cheap rent. Live in super
    Cons:
    Bad water pressure.. Very loud downstairs neighbors. Hallways dirty
    Advice to owner:
    Clean property more often

    The unit had 3 rooms all with closet space and a nice sized living room.
    The super was always available when needed.
    Cons:
    The kitchen was small with outdated appliances.
    The Land lord made all 3 of us leave when only 1 room mate wanted to move out.
    Advice to owner:
    Work with tenants who want to stay in the unit.
