Nice building, responsive landlord, dirty shared spaces
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent prices are fair. Landlord is very responsive if there is an issue. Building is new and nice. Roof access. Family. Great neighbors.
Cons:
Landlord does not clean any shared spaces. There are not enough garbage cans. Heat bills, which Tenant are responsible for are very high.
