Good starter place for recent college grads, not so hot for anyone else

Pros

No bugs, no mice, great location (around the corner from 30th ave), nice and fairly responsive landlord.

Cons

Loud but that should be expected because of the neighborhood. Expect UPS/fedex to ring your doorbell multiple times a day because we are in a package/online shopping WORLD and there are only three apartments in this building, and the neighbors are never home to receive their packages. Ended up having to put up a sign to stop this. Landlord will up the rent immensely after the first year.

landlord sucked place was ok

no mice! decent appliances!

Cons

landlord tried to move someone in before we moved out, and also (illegally) tried to keep security deposit + made up many lies in order to do so. also it was really, really loud.
