Don’t rent here
Former Tenant
Pros:
It is at a convenient location, the owner doesn’t bother you and neither does the super
Cons:
The building is absolutely disgusting! You can tell from the outside! Where the garbage is taken out is absolutely disgusting, hallways/stairs get cleaned and moped like once a month And don’t even get me started on the roach infestation in the building! And come winter….mice problems!
