Pros

It is close to the the train station and some of the supermarket, different stores .The landlord at least with me when it comes to the rent is understandable and isnt the kind to super rush u with that .

Cons

It is a old building . It isnt well maintained. The landlord doesnt take care of your needs in time . He always says that it doesnt have money for this he doesnt have money for that

Advice to the owners

Start fixing the building and listening to the tenants. If u cant just sell it and give us someone that have the money to make the changes. Enough asking for a rent increase if u dont do nothing to make the living in the apartment, building better..!!
