Not bad, Not amazing

Pros:
Has W/D in unit, Dish Washer, Split units for heat and AC. The apt comes with a TV and they have a deal with Spectrum where it's a flat rate price. New fixtures and renovated in a very modern style. The neighborhood is really nice and quiet. Depending if this is something you like you dont really see your neighbors that much.
Cons:
You can hear your neighbors talk. Like full on conversations, so super thin walls. Also my heat bill was up to $500. The unit I am in gets no sun at all. You definitely need a water filter for drinking and showering. There are rats in the back yard tho the trash area is very clean.
