    The building is trash

    Pros:
    No pros whatsoever
    Cons:
    Building hasn’t been renovated for at least 20 years, multiple “short term rental” dwellings that the landlord is aware of.
    Advice to owner:
    Fix the building and maybe more people will want to rent from you.
