    Pros:
    Elevator building that is one block away from the subway; accessible to tons of food and shopping. Good amount of space for the price and in a good nieghborhood!
    Cons:
    Super is incredibly rude; building itself can be a bit dirty

    Bugs everywhere, loud and dirty.

    Unit was large
    Cons:
    Bugs coming out of everywhere, neighbors stomping above and have dogs barking loudly. Water pouring out of ceiling.
    Advice to owner:
    Fix the broken ceiling and get a better way to clean the garbage.
