She’s Cute or Whatever!

Pros:
Overall, the building is great! Noise levels are to a minimum and everyone here is kind. Large apartments and the landlord is attentive when available.
Cons:
Heat/ Water Pressure could be better. Updates would be appreciated for an older building that could use the updates.

The people is very nice and everyone is able to support each other! The kindness never lacks on this building
Cons:
No security cameras (broken several months) Packages being stolen. More than 5 apartments have lost packages in the last year No superintendent Homeless people have entered to the building before
Advice to owner:
Please be aware of people necessities. Everyone pays for a rent and people don’t feel safe
