Great building on a quiet block

Pros:
Owners are very responsive to issues/requests of mine and are very kind. I have very quiet, nice neighbors. It's a nice pre-war building with relatively high ceilings
Cons:
I've gotten my packages stolen from the vestibule before, so it'd be nice if they had a camera in there to catch the perpetrators.
Advice to owner:
Install a camera in the vestibule!
