Big unit with very little sound from neighbors. Almost no issues with property, easy to contact LL or super.
The street noise is very noticeable living near Astoria Blvd. packages are often stolen or damaged in vestibule. water pressure and temp could be better. Gets very warm, would be great to have ceiling fans to circulate air in big stuffy rooms
