    Pros:
    -clean building
    -owner is responsive to problems
    Cons:
    Depending on which neighbor moved next door since people were always coming and going from this specific apartment, sometimes they would leave the trash in the hall way and no body said anything to them.
    Advice to owner:
    Renovate the place even for people already living there after every few years if things are really damaged
