    Peaceful but pestful
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Spacious, trees, quiet street but close to the bustle of 30th Ave
    Super is not very responsive but the building manager is very nice and responsive
    Cons:
    Problem with mice and squirrels
    Hallway not cleaned as often
    The heat maintained at the legal minimum so it’s always very cold.
