    Outdated Loud Unresponsive Management
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Astoria neighborhood, Super lives in building & very friendly, and helpful
    Cons:
    Mold in kitchen/ bathrooms, Bugs seen frequently, Loud street & neighbors, Run down building, Managent Company is not nice or responsive
    Advice to owner:
    Treat tenants better, believe them when they tell you they have bed bugs, Clean common areas more frequently, Eliminate mold
