Bad Landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Central Air
Cons:
- Landlord stole a key from under the front door mat before and tried to say it was there the hole time. Claimed that all the cameras in the building didn’t work to see who took it. - Landlord was caught in the apartment without permission. Didn’t contact us to say he had entered until he was approached - The floors have no sound insulation, you can literally hear people talking in the floor above/below - Landlord’s office is in the building and has cameras facing every apartment door - no privacy
Advice to owner:
- Don’t enter apartments without permission - Allow tenants to use the backyard instead of your workers - Remove some cameras in common area to give tenants some privacy - Put sound insulation in-between floors.
