    Landlord was fine super is vile
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Location was great
    Cons:
    -Super (landlords brother) was racist and an overall vile human being
    -apartment was infested with mice and no one cared
    -Super would make comments about who my guests were
    -they put a huge wall size built in closet in the living room which consumed so much space. It was so unnecessary
    -right next to a body shop so loud noises in the morning
