Amazing management & super; shitty neighbors

Pros

The management company was the BEST management I’ve ever had in NYC. They were super responsive with whatever issues I had, responds and fixes within 24 hours. The super was also amazing too, they’re a couple and you can always reach one or the other.

Cons

The neighbors are super loud, love playing music at all hours. It is a pre-war building so it’s a bit outdated and I can hear neighbors have conversations and even walk around.
